Hey, I'm Lilly!
I’m a passionate artist with a deep love for fantasy and manga-style illustration. My creative journey began back in 2003 with traditional tools—just paper and pencils. While still in school, I created small doujinshis for the school newspaper, but everything changed when I got my first graphic tablet, a Wacom Bamboo, and discovered the world of digital art with Photoshop.
Over the years, I’ve shared my work on platforms like Animexx and DeviantArt, and more recently on Instagram. Though I originally studied computer science, my passion for art led me to switch paths and pursue a career in the creative field. Along the way, I became self-employed, working on commissions and design projects while refining my skills.
Fantasy has always been a big part of my life—not just in my drawings, but also in my hobbies. Whether through reading or gaming, I love immersing myself in imaginative worlds. Now, with all the experience I’ve gathered, I want to share my knowledge and help others bring their own creative visions to life.

Module 1: Introduction
In this opening module, you’ll get a clear overview of the course and how all the pieces fit together. We’ll talk about artistic inspiration, drawing full bodies, and capturing interactions between characters. You’ll learn how to use references effectively, where to find strong visual material, and how to study it without copying. Most importantly, you’ll begin exploring how to develop your own style and artistic direction.
Module 2: Heads - Basics
This module focuses on building expressive, believable character heads. You’ll learn how to draw heads from different perspectives, break down facial features, and design a wide range of hairstyles. We’ll also explore emotions and expressions, helping your characters feel alive and personal. By the end, you’ll be able to create a complete head study sheet that shows variation, personality, and confidence.
Module 3: Anatomy & Poses
Here you’ll dive into the human body and learn how to draw it in a clear, structured way. We’ll cover anatomy from the neck to the feet, focusing on proportions, connections, and movement. You’ll learn how to draw arms, hands, legs, and feet, as well as how perspective affects the body. This module also explores emotions in poses, helping you create figures that feel dynamic, natural, and expressive.
Module 4: Clothes
Clothing is a powerful storytelling tool, and this module shows you how to use it effectively. You’ll learn about different fabric types, folding logic, and how clothes sit and move on the body. From everyday basics to fantasy designs, you’ll explore layering, variations, and movement. By the end, you’ll be able to design outfits that enhance your characters and support the story you want to tell.
Module 5: Storytelling & Interactions
This module is all about turning drawings into meaningful scenes. You’ll learn the fundamentals of visual storytelling, composition, and dynamics, and how to guide the viewer’s eye. We’ll explore backgrounds as storytelling elements and how characters interact with their surroundings and each other. You’ll also learn how to create harmony, contrast, and emotional impact in your illustrations.
Module 6: Project from Start to Finish
In this hands-on module, you’ll follow the complete process of creating a finished illustration. Starting with reference gathering and thumbnailing, you’ll move through sketching, lineart, color choices, and lighting. You’ll learn practical techniques for rendering, adding special effects, and refining details. This module shows you how all the skills from the course come together in a polished final piece.
Module 7: Ending
The final module brings everything together and helps you reflect on your progress. We’ll review key lessons from the course and discuss how to continue practicing and improving on your own. You’ll receive downloadable resources and final guidance to support your creative journey. This is your launch point for creating enchanting characters with confidence and intention.
